People in supermarkets might opt to buy healthier ingredients for home cooking, like raw sugars instead of refined white sugars, but a lot of our ready-to-eat products are still made with highly processed sweeteners.

To our farmer partners, Cocoro acts as an eye, quickly learning how coco sap sugar can be used and incorporated into the modern diet of different cultures and communicating this information to our manufacturing hub. Apart from helping our farmer partners implement better quality controls and manufacturing practices, we also aim to explore sustainable new technology with them, in order to come up with better products according to our customers’ needs.
